As this is a mental health awareness film we have a special guest: Martina Romero who will be doing some nervous-system regulation practices with us (no breathing exercises 😉 so we can all go home more calmly after such an emotional topic.

There will also be a sharing circle so we can process & normalise talking about the much stigmatised & taboo topic of Mental Health.
