DESCRIPTION:Traditionell wird die Ausstellung WORLD PRESS PHOTO im WestLicht von der Präsentation einer zeitgenössischen Position in der oberen Galerie begleitet: Diesmal dort zu sehen ist die von Nassirou Holik kuratierte multimediale Ausstellung THE WHITE CANVAS\, in der er eigene Arbeiten mit der Serie Let Me Love Myself Real Quick der afro-europäischen bildenden Künstlerin Samira Saidi zusammenbringt. \n\n\n\nDas Projekt setzt sich mit den Erfahrungen von Black People und People of Color in einer weißen Mehrheitsgesellschaft auseinander\, in der die Strukturen des Zusammenlebens auf die Norm des Weißseins zugeschnitten sind.
