Everyone is welcome! \n\n\n\nJoin us at The Social Hub – Vienna for “Learn & Sip: Unpacking Racism”— a workshop to learn and connect in honor of Black History Month\, followed by drinks and networking. \n\n\n\nIn this interactive two-hour workshop\, you’ll explore the roots and impacts of racism\, deepen your awareness\, learn how to recognize biases and take a stand against racism in your daily life. With a mix of theory\, practical exercises\, and open discussions\, you’ll gain the tools to challenge unconscious biases and respond to discrimination with confidence. \n\n\n\nAfter the learning session\, stay for the „Sip“ part\, where you can enjoy a drink\, network with like-minded individuals\, and continue the conversation in a relaxed setting. \n\n\n\nNo prior knowledge is needed – everyone is welcome to join & learn! \n\n\n\nWhat to Expect: \n\n\n\nLearn about unconscious bias and racial discrimination \n\n\n\nGet simple tools to address discrimination \n\n\n\nEngage in interactive exercises\, games\, and discussions \n\n\n\nConnect with like-minded individuals \n\n\n\nThe training will be in English and easy to understand \n\n\n\nFree drinks! \n\n\n\nMeet the Trainer: \n\n\n\nThe workshop will be led by Chantal Bamgbala\, a cultural scientist\, lecturer\, and trainer specializing in racism\, discrimination\, unconscious bias\, and intersectionality.
