Diese Workshops zielen darauf ab, die Dynamiken von weißem Privileg und strukturellem Rassismus zu erforschen, sowie ein tieferes Verständnis Gleichberechtigung zu fördern. Warum ist Critical Whiteness in Unternehmen / Organisationen unverzichtbar?
Um eine umfassende und ausgewogene Perspektive zu gewährleisten, werden unsere Critical Whiteness Workshops sowohl von einer Schwarzen als auch einer weißen Trainerin geleitet. Dieser duale Ansatz ermöglicht den Austausch vielfältiger Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse, wodurch eine bereichernde Lernumgebung geschaffen wird. Durch diese Zusammenarbeit gewinnen die Teilnehmenden ein tieferes Verständnis für die Komplexität rassistischer Dynamiken und sind besser in der Lage, bedeutungsvolle Veränderungen in ihren Organisationen umzusetzen.
